Dr. Marc Nathmann is a legal counsel and attorney at law at ING Germany in Frankfurt. There he advises on banking supervisory law in the areas of payment transactions and securities.
His research interests include FinTech and AI. He regularly gives lectures on banking and capital markets law and commercial law. He published articles on topics dealing with the legal classification of innovations and new technologies.
He contributed the chapter “Legal Advice on Innovative Technologies and Business Models”
