Talent is difficult to find, and even in the age of digitalisation, it must not be forgotten that we still deal with people. Your employees and prospects might have grown up within the digital age, and digitalisation is engrained in their way of life. But you must not forget that you are dealing with human beings whose behaviour is driven by some basic rules which should be known to you in any management or recruitment process.
