Abstract
In the context of innovations, it is often challenging to design the business model in a legally secure manner. This chapter is intended to provide project managers and lawyers with assistance in solving any legal problems that may arise. On the one hand, lawyers will give advice, and at the same time, point out options on how lawyers can be optimally involved in project consulting.
The aim of this chapter is not to clarify concrete legal issues, but to show methods for managing legal problems. In addition to solution strategies for legal issues, a part of the paper also deals with the adaptation of agile methods in the field of legal advice.This chapter would like to call on lawyers to be open to new methodological approaches when advising in an innovative environment. At the same time, project managers should be organisations to special legal challenges and particularities of legal working methods. Both lawyers and project managers should be shown the ways to work together effectively and successfully.
