Ralf Dick works as a freelance agile consultant. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT project business. After working many years as an IT consultant for large projects in different areas like finance and public service, he shifted his focus from development to agile approaches like Scrum. He is experienced in all Scrum roles as a developer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. He is a Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE-F), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFe® 4 / Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified Agile Leadership I (CAL I).
