Abstract

This chapter deals with the art of stakeholder management in a matrix organisation. In an enterprise where decision making involves multiple executives, accelerating the product development process can be challenging. In this chapter, we look at some processes that will enable the team to navigate the corporate hierarchy efficiently as well as deliver results.
